Gäste beschreiben das Erlebnis als ein festliches Beisammensein in einer wunderschön gestalteten Küche, die modernen Komfort mit historischem Charme verbindet. Das Gastgeberteam leitet die Teilnehmer mit klaren und begeisterten Anweisungen an. Das gemeinsame Zubereiten verschiedener Paella-Varianten wird mit unbegrenztem Weinangebot kombiniert und schafft so eine gesellige und genussvolle Atmosphäre. Was Sie erwartet
If you consider yourself a true foodie or if you are ready for a full Spanish gastronomic experience, this is the class for you.
You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a cold glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and all the local ingredients you will be working with. Afterward, guests will organize themselves into groups of two per cooking station. There, they will find all utensils and ingredients to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic workshop guided, from beginning to end, by an experienced team of professionals.
Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each session so that guests will learn how to cook and taste more than one type of paella.
After the workshop, our guests sit together at our table to share their paella creations, additional entrees, and dessert courses, which are accompanied with free-flowing Catalan wine and great conversation. If the guests, instead of wine, want beer or non-alcoholic drinks, it is also included in the price.
In each class, depending on the number of guests, up to five types of paella are prepared (one per couple): the traditional seafood paella, black rice paella, pork ribs, chicken and a vegetarian version based with wild mushrooms and black truffle.
