When in Rome, learn to make gelato and pizza! With our Pizza Making and Gelato Class you will learn to make two of Italy’s most iconic creations in a unique, historical setting!
This fun class is great for families and friends. With our English-speaking Italian chef, learn the techniques of kneading the all-important pizza dough, as Italians have been doing for two centuries. Our guests are always welcomed with drinks and antipasti.
What to adorn your pizza with? Have fun choosing between deliciously salty Italian prosciutto or wonderfully fruity black olives. Decide if you want to keep things simple ‘bianca’ without sauce, or add a rich tomato sauce for a pizza ‘rossa’.
Recommended as a late afternoon class, as pizza and gelato make for a satisfying early evening treat, with local wines and antipasti.

Evening Class on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
- 5:30 pm: Arrive at the school. Welcome antipasti & Prosecco or coffee, start to make Gelato
- 6:15 pm: Pizza making
- 7:15 pm: Sit down to eat pizza and gelato dinner with local wines and beer
- 8:00 pm: Class end
