Die Gäste loben das herzliche und kompetente Kursteam, das die Teilnehmer in kleinen, geselligen Gruppen durch ein umfassendes Kocherlebnis führt. Besonders hervorgehoben werden die authentischen toskanischen Rezepte und die passenden Weine sowie das köstliche Mehrgänge-Menü, das gemeinsam zubereitet wird. Anfänger fühlen sich durch die klaren Erklärungen und hilfreichen Küchentipps gut unterstützt und freuen sich über das gedruckte Rezeptheft, mit dem sie die Gerichte zu Hause nachkochen können.
Was Sie erwartet
The Dinner Deluxe is held from Monday to Friday at 5:00 pm with a duration of approximately 4 hours. It is a four-course dinner including appetizer, first course handmade pasta with sauces, second course meat and vegetables and dessert, including water and wine. The recipes will be given at the end of the class.
Vegetarian option available.

The menus are different everyday. Ingredients are bought each day to provide the best meal we can do for you.

Please note that we have a late arrival policy: If you arrive later than 15 minutes without telling us it will be considered as now show and you can't partecipate anymore at the class.
