Our one-day cooking class, which always includes the meal with wine after the lesson, is a really down-to-earth experience if you want to discover the secrets of typical Italian cuisine and its unique techniques. You’ll learn step-by-step how to make a satisfying full Italian meal including the art of making pasta fresco such as ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi in a funny, hands-on way.

Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available and providing you with a deeply individual Italian experience. Our kitchen staff will share with you their techniques and traditional recipes handed down through generations.

The best part is the conclusion: indulging in the success of your creations!
