What to Expect

We offer full participation that makes you an unforgettable experience. We offer short, intense courses preparing a wide range of the most popular and appetizing Russian dishes. All our chefs are friendly world-class professionals with extensive teaching experience. 

Our expert chef-instructors will guide you as you create your own sumptuous three to four-course meals. Once everyone in the group has learned the techniques and timing to make classic dishes from Russian and other national cuisines, participants will plate up their culinary creations and enjoy them with a glass or two of thoughtfully chosen wine.

Our kitchen is homelike and fully equipped for cooking classes. The classes are held in English and cover all details of European cooking methodology (hands-on cooking).

Prepare to roll up your sleeves and get your apron dirty!

Menu

Russian Full-Course Meal (3 dishes), the daily menu depends on the school schedule

Russian’s classics

• Borsch (Russian beetroot soup) or Chicken soup with lapsha (homemade pasta)
• Pelmeni (meat dumplings)
• Blini (thin pancakes) with sweet filling or Syrniki (cottage cheese pastry)

Russian’s Celebrations menu

• Olivye salad (authentic Russian salad)
• Beefstroganov or Chicken Kiev style
• Russian apple pie sharlotka(apple cake)

Fish Option

• Herring under “fur coat” salad or Ukha (fish soup)
• Fish dumplings or Rasstegai (fish open pies)
• Blini with salmon and cheese

Vegetarian Option

• Vegetarian borsch
• Buckwheat with mushrooms and potato cutlets 
• Varenniki (Pierogi, dumplings) with cherry and cottage cheese 
• This menu contains egg and milk products unless you ask to exclude)

• 11:30 am: Back to cooking school
• 12:30 pm: Enjoy your full-course Russian meal
• 1:00 pm: End of the class
