What to Expect
Besides enjoying the beautiful scenery in Hong Kong, our school invites you to experience our authentic Cantonese Roast Duck cooking class in a fun and warm environment!
Our professional chef has extensive experience in Chinese food cooking and teaching. You will learn some of the most famous roast dishes including "Roast Duck" and "Suckling Pig". You can make it and taste it right after the lesson with lunch provided.

Schedule
- 9:00 am: Meet at the school
- 9:10 am: Introduction of the ingredient
- 9:20 am: Cooking class

The class will be in Cantonese(profession local chef) with English interpreter
