With the awareness that we must all contribute to a more sustainable world, Cook in Ribeira buys its products in the local markets, collaborating in this way to the development of the local economy and reducing the ecological footprint of its wine and gastronomic experiences.
Menus are always seasonal and incorporate local products wherever possible.You will learn and enjoy a four course meal:

Schedule
- 10:00 am: Meeting point at Cook in Ribeira. After the briefing, we will have the market tour.
- 11:30 am: Cooking class starts with a welcome drink.
- 11:45 pm: Preparing the ingredients and Cooking Session.
- 13:30 pm: Tasting the cooked menu.
- 2:30 pm: Dessert time
- 3:00 pm: Estimated end of the cooking class
Meeting Point
We are on the first floor of number 16 in a historic building. On the ground floor there is the Ryans irish pub. Our bell is the one on the lower right corner.
