Classic Neapolitan Cooking Class

What to Expect

Get ready to get your hands dirty making delicious Neapolitan dishes in our home. We will teach you how to make a selection of classic Neapolitan dishes, including crocchè, gnocchi and braciola. 

We love sharing our cooking experience and passion for Neapolitan cuisine. We will provide you with approachable and authentic recipes for  your own kitchen, including a recipe booklet that you will receive at the end of the class. 

After we are done cooking, we will eat our creations together in a typical Italian family-style meal with a complimentary glass of locally-produced wine.

Appetizer

• Crocchè (breaded mashed potato roll with mozzarella)

Pasta

• Handmade gnocchi (pasta with potatoes added to the dough)

Main

• Braciola (rolled pork chop stuffed with herbs cooked in tomato sauce)

Dessert

Caprese cake (typical Neapolitan dessert with almond and chocolate)

Water, wine and bread are included

Schedule

• 10:00 am: Meeting location will be communicated upon booking
• 10:10 am: Introduction to the ingredients and cooking techniques
• 10:20 am: Time to get dirty. Hands on Crocchè, pasta making, main and cake preparation
• 12:30 pm: Enjoy your handmade Neapolitan dishes
