What to Expect
At the farmhouse, you'll always be met and greeted with a nice locally produced glass of Falanghina or Aglianico wine and previously prepared appetizers. In a comfortable setting around a table, you'll learn about the importance of using seasonal products and the use of them in traditional Italian cooking.
Following this appetizer-time, you'll enjoy a tour through the school's organic vegetable garden. Here, all ingredients will be handpicked directly from nature, including eggs from happy chickens. You'll discover how seasonal, organic products are grown, how to recognize them and make a selection based on the recipes.
With the guidance of Mother Nature, you'll prepare a delicious 4-course menu following traditional family recipes and cooking techniques.
After the hands-on cooking session, you'll enjoy your starter, pasta dish, main dish, and a dessert with an unmissable glass of local wine (or a few).
It's a guarantee; you'll leave the house with a big smile on your face. Additionally, you'll get a small surprise from the house to take with you.
