What to Expect

During this immersive experience, you'll take in the Moroccan cuisine and culture. Discover the secrets of traditional Moroccan cuisine, its customs, and its meaning, in this pro fez cooking experience. This class takes it to the next level while keeping with the traditional flair and spirit of Moroccan culture.

The cooking class is being hosted in a traditional Moroccan house located in the center of the medina, just a few steps away from the medina's market. Upon arrival, you'll get to know the friendly chef and her equally kind family members. You'll be greeted with Moroccan tea while being introduced to the iconic dish — couscous.

Before the class starts, you'll be taken on a shopping tour through the soul of the medina. You'll take in the local life with all your senses and learn about the ingredients and food available at the market. 

Back at the house, it is finally time to get your hands dirty. With the guidance of the chef, you'll make amazing couscous with seven vegetables and caramelized raisins.

In an authentic setting, you'll enjoy what you have created together with the family. After this class, you'll surely take a piece of Morocco with you in your heart.
