Our professional chefs will guide you through the market, introducing you to ingredients used in Malaysian cuisine and sharing tips on how to select the freshest produce. You will also get to sample some breakfast delights while strolling the market.

After the market tour, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get cooking! Our chefs will guide you through a hands-on cooking class and how to prepare traditional Malaysian dishes. Here at Palate Sensations, each tour is private with a minimum of 2 participants and customizable according to your preferences.

9.15 am - Brief introduction and safety briefing

11.00 am - The cooking class session ends and time to enjoy the dishes you've made.
