Guests say the host team is attentive and patient, guiding participants through a hands‑on experience where they choose and prepare several dishes themselves. The class provides most prep work ready, allowing guests to focus on cooking and tasting as they go. Finished meals can be taken home, and each guest leaves with a printed recipe booklet to recreate the dishes later.

Chang Cooking is a Thai cookery school located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, we are very close to the popular areas in Chiang Mai Gate like the Saturday walking street. We offer you hands on courses of authentic Thai recipes, taught by experienced Thai Chefs. We can offer classes in English, Chinese, Japanese & Thai languages. The school is in a lovely Lanna style wooden premise, we have two styles of kitchen, one is a restaurant style and the other one is on the first floor and open air. Students will have their own cooking station, chef’s knives, woks, and clean utensils, no need to bring anything except enthusiasm to learn one of the worlds top cuisines!
