Participants spend the evening actively shaping three types of fresh pasta, learning sauces and wine pairings, and receive clear tips they can recreate at home. The dishes showcase authentic Roman flavors with fresh, market‑sourced ingredients and vegetarian options, creating a memorable culinary highlight of their trip.
What to Expect
Hello, I'm not a professional chef, so this experience won't be professional but will be professionally managed.
Everyone will take place in the preparation of the dishes from scratch to the end.
The aim of this experience is to spend some time in an Umbrian country house cooking with me in an informal environment.
After we'll consume together the meal in a joyful conversation with a glass of wine per course.
The day after you will receive the recipes file.
My choice is not to offer any appetizer, drink or play any music because is a cooking class and you have to be concentrated and conserve your empty stomach for the big lunch.
Other things to note:
- Kids older than 10 years are welcome.
- Big families of all ages kids are welcome for private classes.
- I have cats on the property, in case you are allergic!

Tortelli (round) filled with ricotta and spinaches, served with butter and parmigiano
Tagliatelle alla bolognese
Tiramisù
Vegetarian option : Tagliolini all'arrabbiata (garlic, chili, tomato sauce)
Summer Menu
Tortelli (round) filled with ricotta, caramelized onion and lemon zest, served with butter and parmigiano
Tagliatelle all' Amatriciana (pork cheek, tomato sauce, pecorino cheese)
Tiramisù
Vegetarian option : Tagliatelle al pesto (basil, garlic, pecorino, pinenuts, parmigiano)
Schedule
Four days per week
- 10:00 am: arrive at Magic Francesca's place
- 1:00 pm: end of the class
- 2:00 pm: end of lunch
