What to Expect

Discover hands-on the secrets of the real Tuscan cuisine, with aid and passion of an executive chef at your disposal.

When possible, we will provide seasonal organic vegetable from our gardens, organic Chianti wine certify and EVO oil of our production. The rest of the ingredients, you will use during your holiday will be purchased from our trusted suppliers to guarantee top quality and freshness… the key point of our philosophy is that good food need top ingredients!

You will learn to prepare all the essentials of 4 course Italian meal… Passion for reviving Tuscany historic recipes and giving them a contemporary twist…. Appetizers, soups, homemade pasta accompanied by sauces, main course with seasonal side dish and of course ending with delicious desserts, paired by excellent Chianti wine of our production.

The menus may vary depending on the seasonality and customer requirements, using our production's top-quality ingredients and vegetables.

After confirmation: you will be contacted by the chef to establish the menu according to your wishes and requested diets

• Starter Pici all’aglione

           Typical Tuscan Long Pasta With garlic Tomato Sauce 

• Main course Peposo (renaissance dish of Tuscan tradition beef cooked in chianti wine and aromatics herbs)
• Side dish: potato and black truffle flan and seasonal side dish + arugula salad
• Dessert:  crunchy Tiramisu
