Guests say the tour offers a relaxed, scenic farm environment just outside the town, with a knowledgeable guide who leads participants through picking, roasting and brewing coffee. The hands‑on experience lets beginners easily follow each step and learn authentic Balinese coffee traditions. Lunch is served amid beautiful surroundings, described as tasty and picture‑perfect, and enjoyable for travelers, making the outing a memorable highlight of the visit.
What to Expect
In this experience, you will visit our coffee family farm in Kintamani that is traditionally run by the villagers. You will be walking around the coffee plantation to see all the activities and all the participants will take part in every activity and gain more knowledge.
You'll see the following procedures: harvesting (seasonal), coffee sorting, fermentation, drying, and roasting with traditional equipment. Then we will be grinding the coffee beans, brewing it, tasting it and packing it. At the end of the process, participants will enjoy the final product and take home the package of the coffee. After that, we will be going for lunch in our restaurant with the view of the lake and Mount Batur Caldera. You are also entitled to receive a coffee workshop certificate by my company.

Schedule
- 8:00 am: Pick up at the hotel in Ubud area
- 8:15 am: Go to Coffee farm in Kintamani Area
- 9:30 am: Arrive at our farm, introduction and coffee break with Balinese snack
- 10:00 am: Walk around the coffee plantation, meet local farmers, sharing coffee knowledge from farm to a cup of coffee
- 11:00 am: Coffee sorting, roasting class, brewing, tasting and packaging
- 12:00 pm: We will be having lunch (Buffee lunch) in a restaurant with the best view lake and Mount Batur
- 1:45 pm: Ready to return to Ubud
