What to Expect

Our food is truly lovely and our class is very informative with cooks that are passionate about Balinese food. You will learn how to make authentic Balinese dishes and all about the beautiful spices they use to create the dishes that are famous in Bali.

Our staff will be delighted to show you how and help you with everything you need to know about Balinese cooking. While you are here we will show you how to make offerings which the Balinese put out every day and you would have seen them at temples and in the street.

Schedule

10:00 am: Meet at the lobby of the beautiful Villa Coco hotel
10:10 am: Introduction from the chef and the staff about the ingredients and preparation
10:30 am: Begin the guided authentic cooking class
11:45 am: We will show you how to make Balinese meals offerings that can be seen in temples and on the streets
12:00 pm: It is your time to make your handmade meals and enjoy it with the fellow cooks
12:30 pm: Finish up the meal and return with handfuls of gift

Amazing and fun!

Amazing class with beautiful people. We loved our cooking experience with the people at Coco Villa. We enjoyed learning about traditional Balinese dishes and loved eating them too. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Fantastic fun

Entertaining and well-paced class of tasty and flavourful local dishes and ingredients. The three instructors worked together smoothly as a tag team and answered all my questions.

Excellent class

Enjoyed the class with my wife. The presenters were great and lovely people as well. Getting to eat what had helped prepare was a highlight and the best meal we’ve had this trip.
