Experience an incredibly tasty and exclusive dinner in a stunning location in Rome city center. Meet your English speaking foodie guide in the Pantheon area and be ready for your tasty experience focused on samples of regional food that our chef and our sommelier will pair with superior wines according to seasonality. We'll share with you all the tips and history of food in Italy in a fun and informative way!

While meeting the owners of the restaurant, you will be greeted with a smile and a handshake as if you were in the living room of their home. They are true lovers of Italian cuisine as well as new vineyards, small producers of cheese, and other products out of their large distribution channels. 

Only real connoisseurs know this wonderful family-run restaurant which is surprising for what it offers: delicious food, more than friendly staff, elegance, a cellar of respect and also secret passages to Rome's ancient history.

Indeed, during the renovation works of part of the Palazzo, an imposing Roman structure made entirely of square work was found incorporated in the cellars of the above sixteenth-century building. This cellar floor is the set of our aperitif. Take a ride to the past in the cellar to discover tradition and history in a really amazing place.

After the aperitif, you will head to your reserved table and start to taste some of the specialties of the house. From the aperitif to the dessert in Italian style, be ready for a trip through your senses discovering differences and highlights of Italian food and wines. 

In case of restoration, the cellar will not be accessible and the aperitif will be made in the hall. "Access to the cellar in case of archaeological works not included".

• Beef or alternatively a vegetarian option

• Selection of little patisserie Italian style

Drinks:

• All food will be served with 4 different selected superior wines paired by our sommelier

Schedule

• 7:00 pm: Meet your host at the meeting point.
• 7:15 pm: Italian Aperitif 
• 7:30 pm: Start the 3-course meal prepared by our chef. 
• 9:00 pm: End of the experience.
