It's truly one of the most wonderful ways to gain insight into Italy's authentic culture. And what would be a better souvenir than cooking knowledge to that last a lifetime?

Immerse yourself in a private cooking class at a Cesarina's home and discover the secrets of regional Italian cuisine. Get to know the inside tips and tricks to create the best Bologna recipes. . You'll learn how to prepare three local recipes from scratch with your Cesarina; a seasonal starter, regional pasta, and local dessert. 

And "a tavola"! Sit down at the table and enjoy the fruit of your labor with a glass of regional wine from the territory cellars. Cin cin! 

The "cesarina" will prepare the cooking class menu for especially for you. However, she'll make sure to showcase the regional specialties and family recipes. The menu can be adapted to specific dietary requirements. Please communicate when booking.

• 10:15 am: Start cooking class

Afternoon Session:

• 5.00 pm: Meet up at cesarina's home
• 5:15 pm: Start of cooking class
• 7.00 pm: Enjoy the 3-course dinner
• 8.00 pm: End of cooking class
