Start the day with a boat trip to my family's village located on a small island. Visit the local farmers' gardens to discover the herbs and spices used for Vietnamese cuisine.
You will then be brought back to the school to start the cooking class. After welcome drinks you will learn how to make rice milk and the rice paper used in Nems in the most traditional way. Our professional chef will then teach you how to prepare 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes.
Last but not least cycle your way back to Hoi An (9km) and stopping for several activities on the way.
