What to Expect

Join me and learn how to make both the dough and filling with fragrant Chinese spices in a class. We will make the dumplings in different ways, and you will learn how to make a yummy Chinese sauce to go with the dumplings. It's not only fun but knowledgeable to learn how to cook local ingredient and different technique of dumpling wrapping. Finally, we will enjoy our hand-made meal together.

You'll get to take home a standard recipe, which you can cook again at home. Freshest and locally sourced ingredients from the local market, no MSG! Make sure you come with an empty stomach, as there will be plenty of yummy dumplings.

The class is vegetarian-friendly, please write down your food preference at the detail page.
Children under 3 years old are free to join the class.

• 4:00 pm: Enjoy the meal with the class
• 4:30 pm: End of the class with a recipe
