What to Expect
We will pick you up at your hotel and we will go to the local market inside of the old city. Showing you how to choose the ingredients and you will touch and taste all ingredients and seasoning. After that, we will be heading back to cooking school. We serve welcome snack before we start the class.
We will teach 5 courses step by step of popular stunning Thai dishes to all customers, explaining all the herbs and ingredients used. Each participants will have their own cooking and prep station. After each session, the participants have a choice to sit comfortably either in our traditional Lanna style dining room or outside in our beautiful private garden. After all the 5 courses are done and everyone is truly full we then provide transport back to their hotel and each with a recipe book. The booklet will include 24 different dishes with all ingredients and step by step preparation with exact measurements making each dish easy and pleasurable for them to create at home

- 8:00 am: Pick up at your hotel
- 8:30 am: Local market tour
- 9:30 am: Arrive at our cooking school and provide a welcome snack
- 10:00 am: Cooking session 1 and tasting
- 10:30 am: Cooking sessions 2 and 3 tasting
- 11:30 am: Break time
- 12:00 pm: Cooking sessions 4, 5, and 6 and tasting
- 1:30 pm: End of cooking class and transport back to their hotels
Evening class
- 3:00 pm: Pick up at your hotel
- 3:30 pm: Local market tour
- 4:30 pm: Arrive at our cooking school and provide a welcome snack
- 5:00 pm: Cooking session 1 and tasting
- 5:30 pm: Cooking sessions 2 and 3 tasting
