The class will be host at the medina with the kind team you would spend unforgettable moments with us.

Monday

• Harira Moroccan Soups
• Fish pastillas (salty) or almonds and chicken (sweet)
• Fresh Fruit Salad

Tuesday

• Fresh Moroccan salad with fresh vegetables and tasty vinaigrette sauce
• Royal Couscous
• Cinnamon orange

Wednesday

• Hot Moroccan Salad (Taktouka and Zaalouk)
• Tajines: Meat stews
• Pastilla with milk

Thursday

• Vegetable soup with Moroccan spices
• Tajines: Chicken
• Mehalabia with orange base and milk

Friday

• Bissara at the base of Fève is a bean soup
• Tajines: Turkey stew
• Carrot with Orange

Saturday

• Briouates stuffed with vegetables
• Tajines: Fish
• Yogurt Fruit

Sunday

• Moroccan Chakchouka with tomato and pepper base
• Moroccan Spice Choice Brochette
• Honey cake bread

Schedule

Monday to Sunday

• 9:00 am: Pick up from Bahia Palace and Medina area
• 10:00 am: Local market tour
• 10:40 am: Arrive at the kitchen and prepare the food
• 11:20 am: Cooking class
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy the meal
• 1:00 pm: End of the class
