What to Expect

This cooking class is an amateur-level course (no specific knowledge is required!), aimed at both those who approach the kitchen for the first time as well as those who instead seek to improve their technique or to learn new recipes. 

Attention and professionalism will guarantee to all participants a pleasant course and a unique taste experience. We will follow traditional Neapolitan recipes, taking it step-by-step in every detail, focusing on your curiosity and then enjoying the fruit of the work done together.

My kitchen is a modern kitchen that suits the taste and lifestyle of today's world where people eat less but better. Quality and seasonality of the ingredients are at the base of my dishes along with lightness and simplicity. My kitchen is typical Italian, because I think it is amongst the most varied, richest and tastiest cuisine in the world. 

In my refined and rigorously prepared dishes, you can taste the traditional feels and the ingredients combination. It can be recognised by the scents and the flavours and is always appreciated on the dining table.

This will be an authentic Italian experience, where you will learn how to prepare the typical dishes of the region and enjoy a delicious meal.

• Pasta fresca fatta a mano con ragù napoletano: Fresh made pasta with Neapolitan Ragù

Main 

• Polpette al sugo - Meatball with tomatoes sauce
• Parmigiana di Melanzane: Eggplants Parmigiana

Dessert

• Babà Napoletano - Neapolitan rum cakes

Schedule

• 10:30 am: Meet at the school and enjoy some refreshment
• 10:40 am: introduction to the chef and the ingredients
• 11:00 am: Cooking class begins with step-by-step guidance
• 12:30 pm: Enjoy your homemade Neapolitan cuisine
