What to Expect

Learn to make pasta like the Italians with our pasta-making class in a traditional Roman restaurant a stone’s throw away from the Trevi Fountain.

The moment you step inside you’ll be in good hands: a professional Chef will guide your small group and teach you everything you need to know about ribbon pasta. Use different techniques and equipment to make the different pasta shapes and then cook up your amazing sauce to serve them with.

You will learn to make everything from scratch, including the original tiramisù!

Afterward, enjoy your food with the group over lunch.

Perfection.

Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Was a beautiful setting, really fun and informative class, teacher was so good. And the food …. some of the best Italian food ever had.

Amazing and a whole lot of fun!

The class was amazing! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which made the class very enjoyable and fun. We made fresh pasta and tiramisu and were treated with complementary Prosecco as well. Highly recommended!
