What to Expect

The Center for Mindful Eating originates from the idea of a cook and a nutritionist convinced that health and taste can coexist on one table.

You'll be welcomed in a space that feels and looks homey, making you immediately feel warm and at ease.

During the class, Paola, the nutritionist, will guide you along a path of knowledge about health and food. Marina, the cook, will support you in the preparation of the dishes that at the end of the lesson you'll enjoy together!

The class dedicated to the Mediterranean Diet will be a journey into the history, culinary traditions, and nutritional benefits of one of the healthiest food patterns in the world. The Mediterranean Diet is capable of transforming poor food into true masterpieces of the table. The products you'll use are from Campania and from natural agriculture, respecting the environment and biodiversity.

Food:

• First course: pasta with legumes
• Second course: vegetables cooked in the oven
• Desert with seasonal fruit

Drink:

• Water, house made refreshments, coffee or tea

• 6:00-6:10 pm: Welcome and presentation of topics and ingredients
• 6:10-6:40 pm: Theoretical lesson with the nutritionist
• 6:40-6:50 pm: Break
• 6:50-7:50 pm: Cooking lesson
• 7:50-8:30 pm: Dinner and conclusion
