Make Your Own Pasta and Tiramisù in the Heart of Rome

What to Expect

Come and cook with us! We'll show you how to turn a simple egg and a handful of flour into perfect pasta using only your hands. Special and inevitable ingredients for us: fresh ingredients, love, and passion for good food.

You will know the dish and the history of the most famous dish of Italian cuisine, and all the forms in which it can be presented.

In the heart of the center of Rome in one of our restaurants, we will guide you step by step teaching the simplest and oldest technique of one of the most famous culinary traditions in the world, which you can then repeat when you return home!

Come and spend a day with us, meet other people, have fun, make new friends and enjoy a dish and dessert entirely made by you and accompanied by a magnificent glass of wine.

You will have included:

• Cooking class
• Sauce of your choice for the pasta
• 1 glass of wine of your choice between white or red, or alternatively a soft drink
• 1 limoncello at the end of the meal
• Necessary equipment for the course

Menu

• Pasta (made by you) : 

              - amatriciana

              - pomodoro e basilico

              - cacio e pepe

• Tiramisù (made by you)
• 1 Glass of red or white wine or a non-alcoholic drink
• 1 Limoncello shot

Schedule

Monday to Sunday - 2 daily classes, choose the one that fits you better

• 10:30 am - 12:30 pm Cooking class,  Pasta and Tiramisù "fatto in casa"
• 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm Cooking class, Pasta and Tiramisù " fatto in casa"

• 7.30:00 pm - 10:30 pm Cooking class, Pasta and Tiramisù " fatto in casa"
