Guests say the market visit offers a vibrant, authentic glimpse of local produce, followed by a hands‑on four‑course meal where participants cook dishes like bruschetta, ravioli and panna cotta. The instructor is praised for expertise, friendliness and clear explanations, making the experience enjoyable for both beginners and seasoned cooks. Small group sizes keep it intimate, and guests receive printed recipes to recreate the dishes at home.
The market tour and cooking lesson is dedicated to Wednesdays and Fridays with a focus on the culture of Tuscan food. This includes the tasting of local and seasonal products with targeted spending on organic and PGI products which will be useful for the performance and processing of the seasonal menu.
