Hand Made Pasta Class in Chianti

What to Expect

Experience a touch of everyday Italian life. You will arrive in Chianti to our recently-restored Tuscan home. You'll learn the secrets of handmade pasta, which we'll eat with some of our Chianti's famous wine. If the weather is nice you can eat in the garden admiring the vineyards and the olive trees. You can live a few hours in an authentic Tuscan house from 1600s. You can learn the secrets of homemade pasta and good sauces. You will use organic ingredients and herbs that we will harvest in the garden. You will also learn how to prepare a delicious "tiramisù". It will be a pleasure to eat what you have cooked with your hands.

Menu

• Hand made pasta, tiramisu, Chianti wine
• Welcome snack, drinks
• 2 types of pasta (ex: tagliatelle and fettuccine) 
• 2 types of sauces (ex: tomatoes and zucchini or mushrooms)

Schedule

• 11:00 am: You will be welcomed in a large old country house in the heart of Tuscany in the Chianti wine region.
• 11:30 am: A large equipped kitchen will unveil to you the secrets of a simple and authentic italian life.
• 1:00 pm: Lunch in the garden
