What to Expect
Welcome to The Paella Club, a fully-immersive culinary experience in the heart of El Raval in Barcelona! Here you will have the opportunity to learn the secrets to cooking authentic Paella from an experienced team of professionals! The class is completely hands-on and begins with a brief introduction to the space over a glass of Cava. We will then welcome you into the kitchen where you will cook at your own individual cooking station while we instruct you through 10 steps of a delicious paella! Afterward, we welcome you to the dinner table where you will share in fun, and conversation, and get to try your paella as well as a variety of other Spanish delicacies.
Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each session so that guests will learn how to cook and taste more than one type of paella (one per couple): the traditional seafood paella, black rice paella, pork ribs, chicken and a vegetarian version based with wild mushrooms and black truffle.
After the workshop, our guests sit together at our table to share their paella creations, additional entrees, and dessert courses, which are accompanied with free-flowing Catalan wine and great conversation. If the guests, instead of wine, want beer or non-alcoholic drinks, it is also included in the price.

- 5:15 P.M.: Sweet and short introduction to The Paella Club and to what you will be cooking.
- 5:15 P.M.: Let's get cooking!
- 6:00 P.M.: Paella-making workshop is over, take a seat!
- 6:00 P.M.: Let's eat! The menu includes:
