Fes Cooking Class in a Restaurant with Market (Souk) Tour

What to Expect

You want to understand the way of life and food culture in Morocco? Our Cooking Class experience, in associate with the Restauriad “RIAD NAZHA“, will be perfect for that!

Every cooking class included a Souk and Shop visit, preparation of starter, mean course & dessert. At the end of the session, we will enjoy the meals ans have a friendly and happy Moroccan tea time.

The class begin at 10:30 am and lasts a approximately 4hours. Your friends can join us after the cooking class at the lunch time for an additional fee of €15.

Menu

The menu will consist of 3 course; 2 starters, main course and 2 desserts

Main course choices: 

• Tagine or 
• Couscous or 
• Rfissa

Schedule

• 10:30 am: Meeting and visiting the markets to get familiar with the ingredients
• 11:00 am: The class starts, we'll start with the desert to put it on the fridge while making the starters a sort of salads with season vegetables, and after that the main course you choosed. While cooking we'll enjoy a tea session in a friendly and beautiful view from the Terrase.
• 2:00 pm: You'll enjoy the dishes you've made.
