Whether you're a food enthusiast, amateur cook, aspiring chef, or a professional looking to extend your culinary skills, our friendly team of expert chefs and professional tutors offer a range of hands-on courses just right for you.

From creating traditional Thai favourites and regional dishes using fresh products and ingredients, to learning to craft beautiful fruit and vegetable carvings, we share our passion for producing delicious, aromatic dishes which capture the true senses, colours and tastes of Thailand.

• Mild coconut soup with chicken/ king prawn 
• Corn cake

Wednesday 

• Penang curry with chicken/ king prawn 
• Chicken or king prawn with cashew it stir-fry
• Papaya salad

Thursday 

• Massman curry with chicken/king prawn
• Hot and sour seafood soup with Thai basil
• Stir-fried chicken/king prawn with chilii and holy basil
• Mixed fruit salad

Friday

• Thai fish cakes
• Yellow curry with chicken/ king prawn 
• Pad Thai with chicken/ king prawn 
• Tom yum soup with king 

Schedule

• 8:45 am: Meet at the meeting point 
• 8:50 am: Local market tour
• 9:00 am: Arrive at school with a welcome drink 
• 9:15 am: Start cooking your dishes
• 12:15 pm: Sit and eat the food prepared
• 1:15 pm: Class finishes
