See the rice field and learn how Balinese cultivating their land and growing rice. You will learn how "Subak" as a society of Balinese agrarian to manage(organize) their irrigation system.
Balinese House
Introduce a typical Balinese house compound where the concepts of construction followed Balinese architecture.
Canang Sari(offering)
Make Bali offering for the Gods, Canang Sari which beautiful array of colorful flowers. A symbol of thankfulness to the Balinese Hindu to God.
Coconut Oil Making
Learn how a Balinese process coconut into oil which is the best for cooking.
Traditional Spice Making
Make traditional Balinese spice paste from 17 spices, used as a base of many dished. It is very fragrant and sensational for your taste bud.

Menu
Periuk Bali Cooking Class provides two types of recipes, Regular and Vegetarian versions.
The meal will be served in buffet style with restaurant standard.
Regular Menu (with meat)
- Sup Ayam (Balinese chicken soup)
- Sayur Urab (Balinese vegetable salad)
- Nasi Putih (steam rice)
- Sate tusuk ayam (chicken satay)
- Pepes ikan (steam fish in banana leaf)
- Kari Ayam (Balinese chicken curry)
- Tempe manis (deep fried tempe in sweet soy sauce)
- Dadar gulung (rolled cake with coconut and palm sugar)
- Free water and fruit
Vegetarian Menu
