• 1.30 PM: Pick up at the hotel in Khao San Road area
• 2.00 PM: Pickup at MRT Charan 13 Station
• 2.20 PM: Arrive at my home meet my mom and discuss the dishes 
• 3.00 PM: Walk around my house to see local people living with a canal.
• 3.30 PM: Explore Vibrant Local Market, buy ingredients and Thai fruits (local price)
• 4.30 PM: Ingredient preparation, 
• 5.30 PM: Cooking Together, My mom will teach you techniques to do soup, stir-fried, deep-fried … etc
• 6.30 PM: Have dinner together at my home.
• 7.30 PM: Send you back to MRT Charan 13 Station or Khao San Road area
