Cooking Pasta and Pizza for Party in San Casciano dei Bagni

What to Expect

Learn how to make homemade pasta and pizza easily and successfully. If you have flour and water you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets.

There are a variety of styles with and without eggs (vegan pasta). We will teach you to make ravioli, gnocchi, tagliatelle, we will teach you how to make pizza, calzoni, know the secrets of both, how to prepare it and how to cook it.

After the class, you can eat in our restaurant in front of a beautiful fireplace with a table customized for you. The course will end with the preparation of Tiramisù.

After the meal, you can relax in the living room drinking our limoncello and give you our recipe to go home and make a good limoncello.

Schedule

Morning Class:

• 9:30 am: Small breakfast with coffee and sweets
• 10:00 am: Start Cooking class
• 11:00 am: Small break and small snack
• 11:15 am: Second part of the cooking lesson
• 12:30 pm: Preparation of the table
• 12:45 pm: 5 course meals with what we have prepared appetizers, first dish, second plate, outline, dessert
• 3:00 pm: End of cooking course

Afternoon Class:

• 4:30 pm: Small snack of coffee and sweet and savory
• 5:00 pm: Start Cooking class
• 6:00 pm: Small break and small aperitif
• 6:15 pm: Second part of the cooking lesson
• 7:00 pm: Preparation of the table
• 7:30 pm: 5 course dinner with what we have prepared appetizers, first dish, second plate, side dish, dessert
• 11:00 pm: End of cooking course
