Mamma Corleone is the result of a synergy between Maria Pia, our Mamma cooking teacher, and Davide plus their passion for traditional Sicilian culinary heritage.
Lead by Maria Pia, the class will make sure you learn the necessary techniques to replicate our dishes at your hometown. During the class you will be exposed to traditional way of cooking in a friendly, playful atmosphere.
For the menu, you will be able to choose 4 Sicilian traditional dishes to cook from our list of starter, primo, main and a dessert. You will learn how to make pasta from scratch, how to make the sauce for it, and how to deliver a complete Sicilian style meal with respect for ingredients and our tradition.

STARTER
- Aubergines Rolls
- Caponata - Chopped fried eggplant and celery seasoned with sweetened vinegar, with capers in a sweet and sour sauce
- Arancine - Deep fried stuffed rice balls with fillings

Programme
- 10:30 am: Everyone meets at school and gets ready for the class
- 10:40 am: Begin the class with an introduction about all ingredients and menu by Maria Pia
- 11:00 am: Start to make the first traditional dish
- 12:00 pm: Learning how to make the second traditional dish
- 1:00 pm: Learning how to make the third dish and dessert
- 2:00 pm: Share the dishes you made with everyone in the class
- 3:00 pm: The end of the class

Meet in front of our school at Vicolo Carini, 8, Palermo 90134. The school is not far from the Palermo main cathedral.
