Learn to Make Thai Dishes in an Intimate Neighborhood

In this Thai cooking class, you will learn how to cook with the close direction of the chef. This is a small class to make sure that you understand every step of the cooking process. We will prepare three dishes that you have chosen in advance. Our menus change every day so choose which menu that you prefer to learn. 

During the class, if you've chosen to make a Thai curry, we will start by showing you how to prepare and combine the ingredients to make the paste for the dish. Next, we will cook each of the remaining dishes. Finally, you will get to eat each of the prepared dishes and take away any additional food that you didn't finish while at our school. At any time during the class, don't hesitate in asking the chef any questions.

Monday

• Vegetable spring rolls
• Green curry with chicken or tofu + paste
• Sweet mango and sticky rice

Tuesday

• Papaya salad (Spicy salad)
• Pad Thai (Thai stir-fried noodles)
• Stir-fried chicken or tofu with ginger

Wednesday

• No name vegetables - Tempura vegetables with curry paste
• Massaman curry with chicken or tofu + paste
• Laab Kai (Minced chicken salad)

Thursday

• Vegetable spring rolls
• Panang curry with chicken or tofu + paste
• Tom Yum Soup (Spicy sour soup)

Friday

• Red curry with chicken or tofu + paste
• Phad Ka Pow Moo (Stir-fried pork with holy basil)
• Tom Kha (Chicken with coconut soup)

Programme

• 9:30 am: Meet up at my house
• 9:40 am: Introduction to the cooking
• 10:00 am: Start cooking (you can cook and eat at the same time or eat later)
• 12:30 pm: End of the class
