Rabat Cooking Class - Introduction to Moroccan Food with Market Tour

You want to understand the way of life and food culture in Morocco? Our Cooking Class experience, in associate with the Restauriad “DAR ELMEDINA“, will be perfect for that!

Every cooking class included a Souk and Shop visit, preparation of starter, mean course & dessert. At the end of the session, we will enjoy the meals ans have a friendly and happy Moroccan tea time.

• 10 persons at max (Please, contact us for groups.)
• Gratis for kids less than 5 years.

Please, tell us about your preferences: we can cut out a class for you to offer a personalized experience.

Menu

The menu will consist of 3 course; 2 starters, main course and 2 desserts

Main course choices: Tagine or Couscous or Rfissa.

Programme

• 10:30 am: Meeting and visiting the markets to get familiar with the ingredients
• 11:00 am: The class starts, we'll start with the desert to put it on the fridge while making the starters a sort of salads with season vegetables, and after that the main course you choosed. While cooking we'll enjoy a tea session in a friendly and beautiful atmosphere. 
• 2:00 pm: You'll enjoy the dishes you've made.
