My kitchen is typical Italian, because I think it is amongst the most varied, richest and tastiest cuisine in the world.
In my refined and rigorously prepared dishes, you can taste the traditional feels and the ingredients combination. It can be recognised by the scents and the flavours and is always appreciated on the dining table.
This will be an authentic Italian experience, where you will learn how to prepare the typical dishes of the region and enjoy a delicious meal.
