The class will start with a thorough introduction of the ingredients, the techniques, and the characteristics of great gelato. Additionally, you'll be provided with some interesting insider tips from the professional gelato maker. The gelato maker will be more than happy to answer any additional questions that you might have and share their expertise.
After the class, you'll forever own the secrets behind the perfect Italian ice-cream. You'll make your own gelato flavor to enjoy with the whole group and taste some of the gelateria’s gelato flavors for a complete gelato experience.
