This easy cooking class is for those interested in a fun basic cooking class. It doesn’t need plenty of time to understand how to cook Famous Balinese Food because our friendly chef will train you directly and explain every step.

A local market visit is not necessary to save time because the chef already prepared all ingredients.

This class will be held around our big main pool and French colonial vibes, a quiet place in the middle of the crowded Seminyak area.

The class ends with lunch giving you the chance to have a taste of what you cooked.

Awesome 2 hour class – 3 Recipes of Famous Balinese Food!!

This class deserves a good review! I booked a cooking class for my family of 4 for 16 June 2023 and we had so much fun learning the 3 recipes of famous Balinese food namely : 1. Sate lilit (chicken meat skewer) 2. Gedang Mekuah (Balinese Young Papaya Soup) 3. Urap Sayur (A dessert) Chef Nengah was friendly and instructed in English. We had ample hands-on experience after his brief demonstration. All in all, the class took around 2 hours and we got some extra time to dine in the restaurant savouring the food that we cooked. Booking was easy and instant. Once you have clicked to book followed by payment, you're in. I would suggest you book at least 24 to 48 hours in advance if you are interested as class size is limited to 4 at most. The class is conducted at the charming Maison at C Boutique Hotel & Spa Seminyak, a French colonial style hotel with Balinese accents. * Suggestion: If you can't check into your hotel yet upon arrival and need some activity to tide you in and have a nice lunch (cooked by you), the 12 noon to 2 pm class is great. You can leave your luggage with the reception.
