Gli ospiti descrivono il team come attento e paziente, che guida i partecipanti attraverso un'esperienza pratica in cui scelgono e preparano personalmente diversi piatti. La maggior parte della preparazione è già pronta, permettendo agli ospiti di concentrarsi sulla cucina e sulla degustazione. I piatti preparati possono essere portati a casa e ogni ospite riceve un ricettario stampato per poterli replicare in seguito.

Chang Cooking is a Thai cookery school located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, we are very close to the popular areas in Chiang Mai Gate like the Saturday walking street. We offer you hands on courses of authentic Thai recipes, taught by experienced Thai Chefs. We can offer classes in English, Chinese, Japanese & Thai languages. The school is in a lovely Lanna style wooden premise, we have two styles of kitchen, one is a restaurant style and the other one is on the first floor and open air. Students will have their own cooking station, chef’s knives, woks, and clean utensils, no need to bring anything except enthusiasm to learn one of the worlds top cuisines!
