Explore the local Market Tour and learn and shop for fresh ingredients only in the Morning Class.
For the Afternoon and Evening class, there will be "Mango Carving" instead of a market tour, the introduction to ingredients will be taken place at school.
The chef will introduce Thai ingredients such as herbs, spices, and vegetables. You also be able to ask any questions that you want to know as this class is a small size. After the introduction, you will enjoy hands-on create 4 Thai dishes.
This class provides free standard recipes (by e-mail), and free hot/cold water, and beer available with additional charges.
Vegans and vegetarians are able to join the class.

- 10:00 am: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
- 10:30 am: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
- 11:00 am: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry paste from scratch)
- 11:30 am: Session 4 (dessert) and enjoy your dish
- 12:00 pm: The class ends at the cooking class.
Afternoon Class:
- 1:00 pm: Meet at the school in Silom.
- 1:10 pm: Introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs. Make coconut milk and sticky rice.
- 2:00 pm: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
- 2:30 pm: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
- 3:00 pm: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry paste from scratch)

Evening Class:
