This half day activity includes both local wet market walking tour and a cooking class. During the class, you will learn 3-course Chinese cooking including an appetizer, main dish and fry rice or noodles. To reward your hard working, a demo dish or complementary dessert will be offered with lunch or dinner. This is a great introduction to Chinese culinary culture!
On the walking tour you will see the merchants selling fresh meat, vegetables, seafood. You will also see many exotic fruits from mainland China and the rest of the world. Your guide will take you to see Chinese BBQ shops and noodles shops along the way.
After getting some fresh ingredients from the wet market, walk to the cooking studio where to begin your 3-course Chinese cooking class. You will learn how to prepare and cook the appetizer, main dish plus fry rice or noodles step by step. When the cooking process is completed, you will sit down and enjoy your lunch or dinner with the chef with complementary dessert.
