What better way to experience life and culture in Russia than through its Cuisine? We will enjoy wine, appetizers and a delicious meal together whilst we give you an insight into our recipes. 

My name is Kristina and my mother’s name is Ludmila. Our main passion is food. We love traveling and meeting people from different cultures, but one of the main things for us is collecting recipes from all over the world. We love food more than anything else and we never forget about heritage and the tradition of Russian cooking.

We would absolutely love to share this experience with you through our cuisine so you can have a better understanding of our country, our food and also our people.

• Hangover Shchi soup (Traditional Russian cabbage soup)
• Pelmeni (Russian dumplings with beef filling)
• Sweet Sirniki (Cottage cheese pancakes)

• 6:10 pm: Introduction to Russian culture and cuisine
• 6:20 pm: Cooking session, with local cooking insight
• 8:00 pm: Enjoy wine, appetizers and a delicious meal together
• 9:00 pm: End of the class
