Amazing Experience

Woody and his wife are great host and teacher. They informed us beforehand of a scheduled power interruption that will take effect during our class hours. The lack of electricity is not a detriment to an enjoyable experience. We want back to basics and use a mortar and pestle in making our own curry paste and it was amazing. They helped us prep our ingredients and he was very patient in explaining and assisting us while we cooked. Since we were the only group, he accommodated my request to learn som tum instead of deep fried bananas. Highly recommended.

Amazing learning experience

The whole experience was very fun and enjoyable from the start. I was picked up at my hotel and we travelled straight to the market. During the car journey we spoke about different Thai foods and some of the ingredients. At the market we went and sourced our ingredients for the class and then traveled to the class itself. The instructors were very friendly and spoke good English. We had a few laughs while preparing food and cooking. Dishes came with recipes and they helped every step of the way 100% would recommend

Fun and interesting experience

The class was a very fun and informative experience. We've learned a lot about the ingredients and how to make/prepare the dishes. The Host was always ready to answer questions and his English was clear and easy to understand. We were picked up at our hotel, had a trip to the market and then went to the cooking location. Everything was well prepared beforehand and we had a lot of fun cooking and trying the food. It was very delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent

Karn and her brother demonstrated the dishes and all the techniques for preparation, cooking and presentation. Ingredients were abundant and fresh. Then we had an opportunity to cook all 3 dishes ourselves with their input. Their set up at home is good. Mildly air conditioner with workstations outdoors for the actual cooking. Cooked Pad Thai, spring rolls, Tom Yum and mango with sticky rice. I participated with my 12 year old boys.
