Experience Japanese traditional tea ceremony with these are 3 steps for beginners' lesson. 

We will explain the meanings of each tea utensil or movement, which changes according to the season (every month). This is the best place for you to learn the authentic Japanese culture.

1. Introduction of Japanese tea ceremony

• History of the tea ceremony
• Where does matcha tea come from, How to make it
• What’s the keyword to represent the spirit of tea ceremony
• What’re the 3 items we need to bring for attending the tea ceremony

2. Watch a traditional way of tea and have matcha tea & sweets

• You will join the authentic tea ceremony as a guest. It’s one of the unique parts of us
• It’s not just watching the demonstration
  

3. Try making matcha tea by yourselves

• How to whisk the matcha tea make it different
• The taste of Matcha changes by the amout of the powdered green tea, water, and the water temperature  

In the real tea ceremony, guests never whisk by their selves, but here you will try making your own powdered green tea by using traditional utensils. Host will help you whisking milder powdered green tea.

• Japanese traditional sweets made of sugar, rice powder, bean paste (sometimes agar)

The experience takes 45 minutes.

• 11:45 am - 12:30 pm
• 1:00 pm- 1:45 pm
• 2:15 pm - 1:00 pm
• 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm
• 4:45 pm - 5:30 pm
