体験内容
Peruvian cuisine always prepares the most popular Peruvian dishes such as Lomo Saltado and Causa Limeña. We will show you how to cook your own Peruvian food.
For people who love traditional food and want to learn how to make it at home, this class is the answer for you. You will love the relaxed atmosphere without boring demonstrations because we believe in the practical approach. We will make an authentic Peruvian dish to seduce your palate and then enjoy your achievements.
For cooking, we use ceramic pots, just as our ancestors did (Inkas). In this way, we will keep all the natural flavor.

Entry
- Causa Limeña Mashed yellow potato, ground yellow ají pepper and lemon juice enliven la causa. We have chicken and vegetarian version (vegetables and quinoa).
Main course
- Lomo Saltado (Sautéed Tomatoes, Onions, Beef).The dish owes its origins to the influence of the Chinese-Cantonese! We also have the vegetarian version with mushrooms!
Drink
- Chicha Morada (Our national drink based on purple corn)
