It’s fun to wrap fillings with dumpling skins. You will make a bento box with leftovers.

I choose organic and no additive ingredients as much as possible. We can go to a supermarket to get specific items I use afterward if you want.

You can choose dishes as follows:

• Option 1: Boiled dumplings, mapo tofu, rice, and miso soup, etc.
• Option 2: Boiled dumplings, twice-cooked meat, soy pulp nuggets, edamame rice, miso, etc.
• Option 3: Salt-flavored ramen and fried dumplings. 
• Option 4: Temaki sushi. 
   

You will make a bento box with leftovers.

It will start at 11:00 am or 5:00 pm for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
