体験内容
We'll start with a snack offered by me to know each other and to explain our cooking plan!
Then we'll wear our aprons and we will dirty our hands making an entire ancient Tuscan meal that we'll taste together at the end of the class! During the class we learn how to cook ancient recipes but we will also talk about the history of the recipes and the symbolism associated with food!
After the class I'll send you my Family CookBook with all the recipes for home cooking.
We have vegetarians and vegan options.
Please let me know if you have any intolerance or allergies Before booking the class.
Please bring a jacket, we are at almost 500 meters above sea level.

We'll meet at n° 7 bus stop in Fiesole (Florence). The best way to reach Fiesole is by bus (n° 7) that leaves from Central Train Station in Florence (bus stop name "Stazione Nazionale"). The ride is about 25 minutes.
