体験内容
Thai style kitchen and cooking stations offers a clean, safe and enjoyable environment. Learn how to select ingredients, prepare, cook and present your own Thai culinary masterpiece.
For each dish you will firstly discuss it, next you will watch a demonstration and then cook your own.

- Thai Papaya Salad
- Pandan Leaves Chicken
- Green Curry paste
- Green Curry Chicken
- Red Rubies Dessert (water chestnut in coconut milk) or Mango Sticky Rice
スケジュール
- 9:00 am: Pickup at Hua Hin Clock Tower
- 9:30 am: Arrive at my place. Relax a minute having tea & coffee
- 9:45 am: Cooking session 1 and enjoy your dish
- 11:45 pm: Cooking session 2 and enjoy your dish
- 1:00 pm: Dessert session.
- 1:30 pm: Transfer back to Hua Hin (approx.)

learn a lot
It’s the first time I participated in cooking, and I learned a lot of things and authentic materials in this class.

A holiday highlight
I have done a number of cooking classes around the world and I was very impressed by this class. A very affordable holiday activity. We were promptly picked up from our hotel by a taxi organised by the staff and chef. Collecting our fresh ingredients from the market was very informative, including tips on alternative ingredients if you can't source traditional ingredients back home. They guided us step-by-step through four traditional Thai dishes which we were able to select from an extensive list of options when we booked the class. We each had our own cooking stations and felt very supported throughout the class. The final product was delicious!
